Everything is great, I loved it. The double room is newly renovated and spacious. The staff is really helpful and kind and the atmosphere is quiet! This amazing hotel has stunning location close to the centre of Florence, and the unbelievable central market.

The location was cosy, right next to a terminus railway station...

I appreciated the beautifully decorated common areas and the accessibility options throughout the hotel. It made moving around easy and enjoyable. The complimentary water bottles were a lovely touch amidst the summer heat.

More privacy on the shared balcony would be nice.

Recommend for a budget stay

clean room, clean bathroom, the bedroom and bathroom were comfortable, and the building felt safe and secure with convenient access to public transport, made reaching the airport easy.

Nothing to complain about.

Booked a room with a balcony. Plus we had central heating, multi-channel television and a microwave oven. The place had a quiet atmosphere. An indoor market hall was around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel, enjoyed its location close to the metro station.

The shared lounge and kitchen were beautifully decorated and accessible were great. The air conditioning was a blessing during those hot Florence days!

The location is convenient, just a short walk to the main attractions. Enjoyed a spacious and clean room with wonderful air conditioning, especially essential during the heat. The shower's slow drainage resulted in a wet floor, and the broken toilet seat hindered our comfort. The abrupt power cut just 45 minutes before check-out felt inconsiderate. Watching over the tourist tax charges added to the frustration .

Cozy common area perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring. The small kitchen had a nice charm to it, ideal for making a quick snack or morning coffee.

The air conditioning in our room barely worked, and bathroom access across the corridor was inconvenient at night. Breakfast was not as advertised. Only a couple of packaged snacks instead of the promised spread. Lastly, parking fees were excessive, with hidden extra costs that upped our total significantly-definitely not ideal for budget travelers.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to all the major attractions. The apartment was clean and felt secure with the multiple locks. We really appreciated the comfortable bed. The shower drained slowly, and there were some issues with the toilet seat that needed attention.

We enjoyed staying here for 2 nights! The place was super clean, spacious, and just a quick walk to the historic center, only about 10 mins. Found some coffee and cookies for breakfast, a great surprise! The only thing was the balcony wasn't super private. We had a nice stay!
